    Hi Tigs.
    Great subject to shoot and it’s one of those images that keeps you looking around it for ages but I think this one is slightly spoiled by the busy background right behind the seahorse. Also, I’m not sure, but is the tail area sharper than the main body? Hard to tell at this size.

    Hi Tigs.
    A beautiful & unusual subject to photograph. The seahorse looks a little soft & is probably due to shooting through glass. The background is also a little busy & there are some small distracting white spots which could be cloned out fairly easily. The composition is lovely though. Well done.

    beautiful creature and lucky for you to be shooting them, agree with the others you should try and capture the seahorse with a darker background as its features and detail will stand out more

    Thanks guys… it’s hard to capture him in the tank without the background unless i photoshop it… (still waiting on it) lol!!!

    I do think the tail maay be a wee bit sharper then the body alright!!! This is such great feedback! I’ll throw another few up… please do keep commenting cos i’m learning so much… :)
