Sell Photos – What to ask

Hi all,

Long time no speak. I have been focussing on stock photography. Hope you are all well.

I have a few questions. The missus of a friend of mine works for a company and they are looking to update their website. They used photos shot with an iPhone for their site. So I gave them some critique and showed them some of my photos as an example. Now they want to have some of my photos to use on their website. And I may have to go on a shoot to take some photos for their website.

So, my questions are:

How much should I charge for a photo used on a website
If they are going to use the photo for brochures and or other commercial stuff, do they need to buy the photos with a licence. If yes, what should I asked for a licensed photo?

If I go on a shoot, what could the rates be?
