Sigma 10-20 v Tokina 12-24?

The guy in the shop couldn’t understand why I wanted the 10-20 either,
when I had the 12-24.I had to spell it out to him too,
but he still looked a bit like Father Dougal trying to grasp the idea of perspective.Its 20% wider than the 12-24. (on crop sensors)
That’s why I bought it;
Tokina didn’t have an equivalent,
otherwise I’m sure I would have considered that too.If build quality was the only factor in choosing optics,
we’d be rather limited in our choices.j
