I met a number of characters sitting along the pier yesterday. Here’s a shot of one of them.
As always, comments and critique welcome.

I think this is streets ahead of the other two shots you posted from your day out yesterday. Compositionally it’s spot on, great use of lines and the colour is brilliant, as is the exposure. Perhaps it’s a touch oversharpened? (Can’t believe of all people, I’m the one saying that  ).

    Really nice shot.

    Super photo Ali !
Good colours and lines. He’s positioned well in the frame.

Agree with all of Ciarans comments, perhaps a bit of gaussian blur…actually, no…try Reduce Noise or Noise Ninja sparingly…Could really make it work, particularly Noise Ninja, which can give a nice glow!

Great shot, great pose. I’m always trying to get more shots like this.

I liked the other one of the scorpion bloke too, this one is a different style entirely but they both work well.

I like the sharpening. I wouldn’t want to lose the gritty-ness of the wall. For me, the only thing I’d say is that the saturation is quite in-betweeny, I’d like it desaturated quite a bit more (maybe to complete bw or not even), or ramped right up as well as the contrast to give a different look again.

I think it’s a picture that you could re-work in a few ways to give almost completely different finished images.

Thanks all, i don’t spend much time in photoshop, couple of minutes usually. – definitely something i have to zone in on a bit more.
