Just thought I’d post another image of one of the deer that I photographed in Wicklow mountains at the weekend. There’s a good sized crop on this but I liked the light on this stags antlers…..Any opinions?? Thanks
I think this is very nice but I’m a sucker for all things deer. Maybe you have cropped it a bit tight, a bit more room around the stag might look better. That was certainly a rewarding visit to Wicklow last Sunday. :D

Hi Dave,,,,Thanks a million for taking the time and I appreciate the feedback. I think all too often I am guilty of the “have zoom in hand” and automatically think I need to crop in tight. I might have another look at this so…Thanks again.

The composition and angle are excellent. I agree with Dave, just a little more room around the antlers. Nicely captured.
It is very fine. I really do like the composition. If you feel that I’m a bit envious then you are right. I would like to see that photo in poster size! :)
