2 ok picture. Focus and exposure is ok in both.
white balance is probably a bit off in the first one.
composition is better in the second one
light is flat in both.If you weren’t able to control the light in it’s position, you could have tried using a larger aperture of 1.8, a slower shutter speed and maybe needed to up the iso a bit. at that point you could have tried to achieve a different look with natural light, and shallow depth of field.

thanks for the reply.. ya your right it was my first time using speedlite lot of practice needed :)
