You have got some good advice on your photos and
there is no doubt that they show potential.
Like all of us your image making skills would benefit from
a better understanding of the mechanics of the art.
I have a love of books and reading and have spent a
fortune over the years buying books and magazines.
They are great to have and I often revisit them as I
require help with something.
There is also a wealth of information available online.
By just putting “Understanding aperture and shutter speed” in to Google an
enormous amount of information is displayed.
Like this simple explanation site for example: http://www.photonhead.com/beginners/shutterandaperture.php
So give it a go and there is no doubt that some simple adjustments will
improve your images no end.
As well as the excellent book recommendations above, you could consider taking a photography workshop. I run regular courses for beginners in both Dublin and Cork. Check out my group workshops page.
Hey Peter!
I might think about it! Thanks! :) I ordered my book first and see what I can learn out of it and get back to you then. I hope i wont take 7 working days because I want it now! :D
