unfortunately, since the person’s face is hidden, and no additional context is available, this doesn’t really work for me.I would suggest that as an environmental portrait of sorts, it’s lacking a definite theme/idea as the largest object in the picture appears to be something that simply got in the way (The large AXA advert). There is a good irony between insurance & injury there, but it’s not clear if that was intended.
If the contrast between mechanised transport (the cars and the bikes) and the the sole walker on crutches was desired, I think a shot that would work is one from the building-side of the person without the sign blocking things the way it is, and perhaps with longer exposure (where the person is crisp/sharp, the bikes clear but slightly blurred as the background, and the cars as streaks/motion blurs).
