I like the first one a lot, the out-of-focus mushroom on the right is a little bit distracting, but the blurred backgound sets the mushrooms off very nicely.
If you have Photoshop you might try the “Shadow & Highlights” function, just using the highlights part to bring them down a bit, you might get more texture in the mushroom heads.

In #2 the positioning of the mushroom isn’t so nice, not that you can do much about it. The mushroom are too much over exposed on this one.

    Thats what I think,

Just one other thing that I should have mentioned and that is about getting the correct exposure.
Photoshop is great, but more important is figuring out the correct exposure, sometimes using the exposure compensation function in camera, or manual settings!.

In a forest or dark place it may be worth using the exposure compensation function to stop the camera over-exposing.
In non-average situations (bright snow, dark forest) the camera meter gets it wrong. Its hard to explain it all here but using about -1 in the forest might be good.
It’s something that you do in conjunction with reading the histogram on the camera, to capture as much information, particularly of the main subject, as possible.
You have the eye for the shot, but its the details that make the best of these shots.
I’m only learning myself, so maybe check out site-member’s Peter Cox’s “Articles” on his website http://www.petercox.ie/tutorials.php
