I don’t really do B&W, so any brutal feedback on this one is very welcome!

i really like it, i spent and spend a lot of time with B&w right now, ecspecially for the winter season light contrast although i adore colour most of all. Good job, looks like an old postcard.

I find it a little bit ‘cluttered’ without any real sense of the subject, if that makes sense? Possibly a more ‘zoomed-in’ or longer focal length shot of the landscape might have been better? The bland sky (which was very much a feature of the Mournes area yesterday morning!) obviously doesn’t add much to it. But as jb said to me yesterday morning, it’s Ireland, what do you expect!

Ross, I agree with the cluttered comment, a telephoto would have done a much better job. As it stands, it is a nice record shot of one of my favourite views in the snow!

Nice shot Steve.

I was up there last week myself getting shots in the snow. I don’t mind the ‘clutter’, it’s like that in real life so…
