There has been quite a lot of discussion about non-buyers butting in and telling sellers what they should sell at on Photography Ireland lately.
If memory serves me right the general consensus is that if you see something at a cheaper price elsewhere you should immediately go out and buy it, but leave the sellers thread alone.
I paid more for this lens online last year so the sellers price seems fair to me,

Kostar – Yes lens is still available, and don’t be shy just make an offer (i sent you a pm also) by the way, as with most private sales here the price listed is a guideline – I’d have to be a right eejit if I expected prospective buyers from an internet forum not to try to bargain me down, wouldn’t I?
IOP – Appreciate your input, there are a few tire-kickers lurking around here! I also paid more for the lens than it’s current list price.
All – Beautiful fast lens, looking for new home. Pristine condition, boxed and as new, very light use, one careful owner who switched to a Canon system. All offers considered – realistic ones may make you the proud new owner of a very sharp, reponsive and thouroghly enjoyable lens!
I’ll be willing to offer €220 for the lens and can colect it today.

Looks like I helped you to sell the lense))) Frankly speaking I missed you post and on Saturday I bought 50/1.8 for 129 ((( If I checked you priced on Saturday I think I would buy it! Thanks for message anyway!
