Low shutter/actuation count: around 4,000
The shutter is designed and tested to 400,000 actuations (Nikons shutters have a reputation for exceeding their tested lifespans)18 months old, still under warranty. I’m the original purchaser (bought from Clifton Cameras, Nikon Authorised Dealer, in the UK). Delivered at the end of April 2012 this was one of the first D4s in Ireland.
Like new, not a scratch, perfect condition. Full-Frame Orgasmic Rich Dynamic-Range Beauty! Best camera I’ve ever used, hands down (particularly in low light). However, my needs have changed so I am downsizing & changing models (I miss it already!).
I needn’t tell ye more in terms of specs and reputation, it speaks for itself. Google it if you don’t already know. This is The Babe.
Included is the original box and receipt, EN-EL18 recharbeable battery, MH-26 Battery Charger and unused/wrapped Nikon strap.

The camera is in perfect condition. It has never been serviced, nor does it need to be. It has the latest firmware updates.
You will not find a better, lower-shutter count D4 anywhere in Ireland except a brand new one. Because of this and the fact it is still under warranty, it has been priced accordingly and this is what I am seeking for it.
I’m not selling due to any problem with the camera or out of any financial desperation. I like to do a lot of street photography and I’m finding the size draws too much attention, so it’s not getting the use it deserves. I need to move into something smaller and more stealthy! But I will surely miss the quality, it’s so incredible.

All, I’ve cleaned out the recent posts regarding this sale. The rules of the forum (top of the page) related to the number of posts allowed before a For Sale can be added are only in force for those new members joined after May 21st 2013.

MarkI feel I need to address something after receiving some questions from interested parties:
I spoke with Nikon Europe yesterday. They confirmed that the warranty follows the camera, not the owner. If a new owner wants the name associated with the serial number changed to theirs, they will do that, but it is not necessary and the camera is covered for the duration regardless.
There is no pre-owned non-grey market D4 for sale in Europe in finer condition with lower shutter actuations and still under warranty than this one on offer.
