Up for grabs is a Rolleicord Twin Lens Reflex, with cap and hood.
This camera is working perfectly, as I only had a roll of film through it recently.
The focusing screen is a bit dull, which is normal for these cameras.
However, focusing with the pop-up magnifier is a doddle.
The taking lens is a Xenar 75mm f3.5.
Lenses & aperture blades are clean.
It comes with a Rollei double lens cap, and a lens hood for the taking lens (Polyco)
Nice camera and a good price – would buy it if I didn’t have one :)
Had the same issue with the viewing screen, until I removed the four screws holding the hood in place, lifted the hood off, and gave the screen and mirror a good clean. After a good clean the screen is actually quite contrasty and clear – it’s often accumulated dust and dirt, particularly on the mirror, that makes the viewfinder appear dimmer than it really is. Lens fluid and lens tissues clean it up nicely.
Oh, and don’t mind anyone saying you can only remove the hood on the Vb model – you can remove the hood with the aid of a small jewellers screwdriver, all you need to do is unscrew the 4 small screws in question.
