A few detail shots from a recent one. CnC welcome and appreciated of course. Shot in raw, processed in Lightroom.

Lovely set, in particular the first two and the last two.
Nice approach and a little different than what we usually expect
from wedding photography. The one with the shoes and the dress
is probably the weakest for me – I love the idea, but the lines of
the closet breaking the top of the frame kills it…

Signal Box? The Station House in Kilmesan perhaps?

    Rob.

    thanks Rob

Signal Box, choo choo. Yeah, Station house. It was my first time there. Unfortunately I didn’t notice the lovely garden area on your way in until I was on my way out. I was challenged with trying to get all the groups in the courtyard area. So, there you go, another point for pre-planning. The people at the station house are particularly nice.

The dress…I know what you mean, and agree with your comments. The options where very limited. It was the best I could come up with given the location. Not sure if there is anyway to improve the shot as is?? Maybe lob the top 1/3 off completely

A lovely set. More backpatting from me. It’s a little differant from the norm, but very good.

Really like these shots. From one who is watching this section CLOSELY as I (we) plan to wed in 2008 am looking for potential photographers here ha ha. I will watch with interest. Love the one of the shoe close up and the car. Also that Bridesmaid has beautiful hands.

    Well taken
