Sony a900

I am extremely happy with my new a700 I really am :) now them
peeps at Sony have introduced the a900 a full frame jobby and an
article in Novembers Photographer Monthly mag has compared it
to the Canon 5D Mk11 :shock: Is there no end to this torment?They can compare it to what ever they like. It’s a fill frame camera. If you want that sort of thing then you’re fine. As far as I’m concerned the A700 is still top of the pile in the Sony range for now. The A900 is probably more of a specialist camera.
It has been discussed here already if you call 3 replies a discussion.
Be happy with the A700…the torment is for other people.
I am very happy :) I think the 700 is a super tool I, like yourself, had the a100 and
it was good but when I got the 700 it is just head and shoulders above it, I love it. I
have no intention of changing again I have much to learn and know the 700 will serve

Oh my! Expresso has gotten his pBase problems sorted so he’s back to stir the brown stuff. Or has he run out of London shots?? ;-)
But maybe it’s true Robert…we do so like our camera…you never see Nikon or Canon users with anything to blow about…apart from highlights and the monthly release of a new camera. But hey, it’s all about what you do with it, isn’t it?

Yes, Sony it was. Have a look in your Nikon…the sensor was made by them…damn fine people them Sony crowd, giving the hand-me-downs to Nikon.
