Hi,
This is sort of travel or people, but as it’s a series I’ll try here.Hi,
I was in Capetown for a wedding over the weekend, and we went to visit a winery on the Tuesday. We were there around midday, so I was’nt expecting to get anything much. I spotted a few of the folks working pruning the vines, and used fill flash for the portraits. For the first time, I shot these planning to convert to b&w.c&c most welcome

Very nice series of shots Merv. I’m drawn particularly to
number 5. Beautifully composed shot – love the play of sunlight
through the perforations in the hat. Well spotted and well captured.Rob.
All of them have something special and they are more than travel photos.

For me anyway..they are the kind of shots I could look at for ages, just picking out details.
