    Hi all,

Typing with the left hand… so bear with me.

Thanks for all your posts and text messages, greatly appreciated.

The right elbow was shattered into I don’t know how many pieces and had to be surgically repaired on Saturday night.

Was released from hospital earlier today (Praise the Lord hardly slept a wink there). Have to spend 6-8 weeks in a cast. Then a few months rehab.

Thanks again for all the well wishes and I did laugh when I saw Pete’s comment!

    Cheers
    John

    John,

I wish you luck in getting that arm strong again.

It might be best to stick to safe activities like cave exploration for the time being.

    Seriously, get well soon.

    Andy
