Specific bag needed

I have a ‘rough terrain’ mobility scooter and need a kit bag to hold a few lenses the camera (or two) also the clamp arm and a small tripod.
I would consider anything but especially one that opens down to display all the compartments.
Neuro challenged too I need to get at different assessories quickly and maybe have colour coding.
I would like a strap to put it round the tiller, that is the front of the scooter from which the handlebars are attached.
Considering a medium size one now, advantage would be to have it take a 15″ laptop if I go away.
Some ideas of my own are cropping up but really money is of the essense, any advice gratefully received.
xAnnPaddysnapperParticipantHave a look on amazon at Gem bags… I have one for Nikon D300
They are very well made and affordable at 30.00 stirling + 16.00 p&p.randomwayMemberI think, Lowepro’s Stealth Reporter series knows all that. Easy access, lot of space, pouch for a laptop.
annkenParticipantI was looking at a lot of Lowepro last night but just now checked on the Gem on advice here. Great value and the reviews were excellent. This is a strong possiblity.
I am so tickled pink with my buys in London.
Today walking from London fields saw a broken but amazing Leonardo collection ‘art deco’ figurine. Knocked on door and she gave it to me ALSO she was indian and throwing out a green/cream elephant, both vintage.
It has been a great trip but was very sick, but still for every four bad days the one thats good makes up for it all.
