    Just wondering if these have any good qualities

    Exposure is spot on from what I see.
    Only thing I can say is that you need to focus on the eyes of the little things in life, if you can turn of autofocus do so, as autofocus with macro is a waste of space it will never grab the focus point thats required, usually grabs onto a hair or something which is a real pain.
    Stay between f8-f16 on digital and use your flash if needed, flash will also help freeze some motion ie shakes.
    I manual focus and rock back and forth to get my focus points, rarely do i use the focus ring.

    As Vivid says, the garden spider is a beauty…but try and get the head at least in focus. You’re halfway there already :wink:
