    As good as the swallowtail, I think. You got your money’s worth out of that muddy puddle! Where are the rest of his legs though?

    Cheers all,

    I never noticed the lack of legs. These muddy puddles were full of thousands of butterflies I reckon up to 40-50 species within a few tens of metres. The macro gear also helps as well with sharp pictures. The 150mm is a top class lens and the light in the Alps on that day was excellent as well. I may need to fix the colours and sharpness a bit.
