Nicely exposed. The converging verticals could be helped by shooting further back or a little bit of perspective work in PS.

You did well to fit this in frame
I took a shot at this a few weeks back, spent about 20 mins trying to get a good view in frame. opted for the path and tower

Yes 10mm would help. I only had 18-55 with me and was not wide enough.
Torn between a wide angle or a sigma macro for next lens.

Bit of a poser alright but i think for the work i enjoy , landscapes and buildings etc the wide angle was a no brainer for me. But sure if you buy a macro, we could maybe pool resources and compare results!
