Stable girl….

A young lady called Megan, photographed outside the horse stables she owns and runs….
PeteTheBlokeMemberWhen I saw the title I thought she was going to have girders
keeping her in an upright position. It’s a nice natural looking pose and works well, but the crop is bit
unusual. I get the feeling that you’ve somehow made her look
sexy when down-to-earth might suit the context better. Probably
just my testosterone-charged mind running away with me. I’d
chop it just above the jeans.randomwayMemberNice portrait.
Her forehead looks a tiny bit too bright to me, and I agree with Pete, the crop is unusual, but seeing the image as a whole it’s not too bad (it’s just your hormones, Pete). She might be too close to the right side of the frame.
I like the lights and stuff in the background.jb7Participantgrif04Participantgreat portrait, nicely lit. id agree with cropping up her jeans maybe to her waist? very nicely done. i think her enviroment isnt really portrayed very well though, did you try any landscape with more focus on the stables aswell as her? if it was soppose to be an enviromental portrait that is. if not – nevermind. lol.

elludeParticipantI thought the jeans maybe gave more of an impression of someone working in the stables, cleaning them out etc. Not sure if cropping at the waist would work too well as I’d be chopping off her hands! Probably should have taken a slightly wider shot – this one was framed this way in the camera so don’t have an option of including more in the picture now.
Here was another shot taken in the landscape format, which maybe shows a little more of the stable yard…
DratomParticipantI like it. Pretty girl, nice shot that is well exposed. Personally I like the jeans in the shot, it looks comfortable.
