Very nice i like the composition, reflections and the way the stepping stones lead you
throught the image.Mick
GfoxParticipantGreat shot. The stones lead in brilliantly.. Would love to see this in B & W aswell..
Lovely sky in this also.. Could be anywhere in the world..MartinParticipantGreat shot, exposure and colours are super. Composition wise i would have maybe stood about a foot more to the right. This would have put the arch of the stones lead in line more to the left of the picture (i think this would improve it but i could be wrong). Great shot as usual though

I agree, but there were more stones there and then reeds and grass.
If I remember right this was more or less the only possible framing at the time.RavenAshMembersnaphappyMemberalways nice to see a landscape shot that works that doesnt involve getting up in the dark or staying out half the night waiting for the big light to go down…. I know yea im a lazy f***er.

 Join the club!
I was thinking of starting a flickr group called ‘The Lazy Landscape Photographer’
that does not allow any shots that were taken within an hour of sunrise or sunset :mrgreen:alzaphodParticipantI think the ‘The Lazy Landscape Photographer’ club should regularly include landscapes where the wing mirror of your car is a feature rather than a downfall.
AlanLucParticipantInteresting compo, really…
it makes you look down the right corner, to drive you through the picture and up to the sky!
Speaking about the sky, it does looks somewhat not dramatic enough IMO and the overall impression, for me, is that it is too still.
