Found this curious little dwelling by the side of the road today as I took
the back roads from Trim to Tara….

I think that’s the house they use for the Scurloughstown Olympiad or the Trim Haymakers Festival (during which it is the tradition to have heavy rain all day !!).
Thanks folks. I’ve found another one of these little beauties between Wilkinstown
and Ardee, but I didn’t have the camera with me (Shock Horror). Have to go back
now and get a picture one of these days…Rob.
What a cute little house, I think there used to be a train station at Bective a long time ago!! If Im thinking of the same area that is!!
