Hi Jason. Very good attempt. I think in #1 the shooting angle is perfect but the stem of the glass being cut off ruins the otherwise perfect shot. Zoom out to include the full lenght of the glass and you have it. #2 the angle is too low and the reflection of the glass stem on the table surface is distracting. Crop at the base of the glass and shoot from a slightly higher angle (as in #1) and this should be a great result. Well done.
