any comments on this attempt at fixing the four courts? I used the crop tool.
first up is the original then my attempt.

I tried to hold back from completley/over straightening to avoid too much distortion but now i’ve been looking so long I’ve lost my own perspective :lol:

Mods: apologies if this should be in the photoshop section. I thought long n hard before plumping for here :?

i think you done a fine job but i think it need to be done just a tad more.

Yes, still a little out of whack. Have you tried using the Filter->Distort->Lens Correction tool? That’s most appropriate for this sort of wide-angle shot.

hi gents, thanks for the feedback. appreciated as always.

I played around some more and ended up with, as you both suggested, just correcting them a touch more.

I think I am pretty happy with the result.

Peter, I haven’t tried the lens correction facility ( I am on a pretty steep learning curve at the moment and enjoying it too) so I’ll check that out this evening.
