What the suck’n head and pinch’n tail means in case you did not know………is some folks split the head off at the tail……..suck out the head part and then you pinch the tail towards the end of it and pinch the meat comes out like a lobster tail………..

oh, drool. you’d be surprised how many weird looks i get with the “suck’n head” part.

Can’t do the head part……..but the tails are good……..lots of work for a little bit of meat……….cold beer good company it is all worth it……….
