hate:
to much bottom (will cut below his elbow)Ah the good days :D . I find the car directly behind him distracting and would agree with Photosligo about a crop to the elbow. Nice shot.

+1 on the bottom right headlamp. I think you could pull the white point up a bit too. Nicely seen and captured.
