John, I prefer the first shot here. What was your setup?
You seem to have been getting out with the camera a lot, and it is definitely paying off – this is a great seascape.

Thanks Stephen! I was using a Canon 50D, 17-55 lens 100 sec f8, B&W 10 stop ND filter….John.
