Do these shots need to be bigger?

    Hi TZero

I like number 2. the best, it has great atmosphere. It would be nice to see the image a little bigger.

Looks like a great days surf.

Very nice set, it’s hard to choose a favourite between the first three but I think I will go with the third shot. They certainly would look better if they were slightly bigger.

The inclusion of the surfer means that I can judge the size of the waves. Most impressive.

    Cool Shots, and some waves!
My favorite would be the second one

I like 2 and 4. The body position of the surfer in 2 has great dynamic tension in it. (or is he just about to fall over?) I like the colours in 4.
What lens were you using, and how close to the water were you? In general the breaking waves in the foreground are a distraction imo, and the white water from the previous wave takes from No4.

Hope you caught a few waves yourself

    Are they from Keel?

Good shots and 2 stands out for me.
If you could lose the pixels, it would be good to see this cropped in close to show the actions of the surfer.

on surfer pics i like #2 but I think you need to get closer on action although that probably means a massive big lens?

#4 image for me is great the colours and the power in the wave – for all i know it could be five foot or thirty foot :)
