Swans take flight

Taken at the Irish National Stud in Kildare (well worth the visit)
I really felt I had this one set up right,
Had the camera on AI servo focus so i though the Swans would turn out alot sharper,
then in processing i noticed the shutter speed was only 1/60 sec!
Maybe i should have adjusted to something like 1/200 before i shot,Any help would be appreciated.

You’d need to be shooting very fast to catch this action. At this time of year, that means using higher ISO.
How high should i go with the ISO?
Is it not enough to ahve a quicker shutter speed in daylight?!Confused :?
