Great shot Miki, wheres your favourite haunt in Waterford?? Been to Dunhill cactle and there seem to be a good bit of activity around. Probably more after the good weather today, but even thats too hot to go out abnd shoot.

I usually go up to Waterford golf club from Sallypark & onto the rocks as far as the old hotel (Ardree). Lots of wildflowers,ferns etc to find bugs in. I don’t tend to go out when it’s too hot either. :lol:

Thats a grand spot alright, lots of overgrown weeds etc. A tad windy in places i bet. Will have to take a wander up some evening/afternoon before the wino’s come out to play

It’d be a good spot for a “Macro meetup” for anyone interested in shooting macro (and fine wine) :lol: :lol: During the Tallships race would be a good time if there were any PIers travelling down to these parts.

not a bad idea, maybe put it in the PI events section as an add-on to the Tall ships. Might be quieter upt here and even if any members want a few “city ” shots of the tall ships, we could bring them to “Cromwells Rock”
