Tall Ships Waterford 2011

Hi, I covered the Tall Ships in Waterford for the local paper (Munster Express) over the 4 days from early morning until the fireworks each night,the weather played ball for the occasion and it proved to be a great showcase for Waterford. The last shot is the Naval Guard of Honour for Taoiseach Enda Kenny when he opened the festivities. (there is always a camera around) I have added a few shots here but there

Thanks Soda…the last shot was a real surprise when it came along…I was going for the shallow
depth of field anyway and then her head dropped…worked out well.

Really nice set Noel, the shot in the mist would be my favourite. I guess that was taken Sunday morning as it delayed the start.

Some beautiful photos I really like the third and the second. I wanted to go but didn’t make it.
