Thought I would play with these, before they go away for another year. Still not sure if this qualifies as still life, but any C&C welcome.
The sheep is a bit in the dark, [it is a sheep, isn’t it?].
And there should be more than one shepherd, perhaps.
Mum and babe usually get better lighting, though I like the lighting from above signifying the star.Yes it is a sheep, and I think the Sheppard is supposed to be Joesph, could only work with what is in the set. Thanks for the comments, it was good fun playing with lighting using a torch, could probably bring the sheep out abit.

We had similar problems — but there’s a recession on, so it was an economy Christmas.

I actually really like this,
The Babe is lit up in the centre and the illumination in general is nice.
I like the composition and the colours are really nice.The only think for me is the sheep, it is not placed well enough to
define its shape, “its a bit in the dark”.Nice still life.
Thanks for the comments folks, I should retitle the shot, navity set for the recession.
