Our weather here in San Diego is getting pretty weird…some nights are warm, the next freezing. Today I had planned to go out and take a shot of the amazing clouds but wanted to wait for the sun to to come down some. I’m sitting in my garage and I hear what sounded like someone throwing small rocks all over the garage door. I look outside and the fluffy clouds turned into grey storm clouds and it was hailing….

Anyway after the hail and rain i went out to the bay to see what I could capture….The Calm After….

That is an amazing sky! not sure if it is tilting a little or maybe it is just the
way the land on the horizon is sloped? The very dark area at the bottom left of
the frame catches the eye a bit, but I dont think the scene would be so dramatic
without it.

Superb shot. Really cool sky and the reflections are excellnt. Love it :)
