    my second photo post again i’m a beginner and any feedback or advice would be appreciated

    Hi Andy,

    This looks like a lovely location with loads of potential.

    I can imagine these images with lower (and warmer) evening or
    morning light picking out the detail in the cliffs, rocks and plants.

    The skies are also a little flat especially in #2.

    I am probably being a little bit hard on you here and
    I don’t mean to be as they are very good efforts that
    with the aforementioned light and more contrast in the
    sky would be very good indeed.

    I’d agree with Johns comments, the only thing I’d add is that there seems to be some curvature in the horizon.
    This can be caused by various lens/camera combinations.
    If you using photoshop, this can be corrected by clicking on Filter >Distort >Lens Correction, the first slider here will reduce the curve until your happy with it.

    john i agree with the skies being flat i will try visit this area again later in the evening
    paul thanks for the photoshop tip alot of the shots i took that day had the same horizon problems and i could not figure out what was wrong so thanks again
