There’s a lovely soft dreamy feeling to this. I like it very much. The feeling is certainly in keeping with the idea of kites and sailing on the breeze.
I would personally tidy it up a tad. Clone out that kite on the ground on the lower right and clone out that distracting object in the lower left. I think the mud in the lower left will have to stay. It’s not croppable and cloning it out might just be a manipulation too much. That’s a matter of ethics. I personally wouldn’t do it.
The rest is divine.
