So, I finally finished this natural forms assignment I have been working on,
well the pictures anyway…This is the final 9 and the order I have chosen to present them in.
Thoughts/c&c welcome.Larger versions can be seen here http://www.flickr.com/photos/sineadmurphy/sets/72157605162083764/
Sinead.
Alan RossiterParticipantGreat set Sinead! As individuals they are fine – not my usual area of interest but presented as they are they look very “professional” to use the best term I can come up with. Really attractive and thought out.
These should stand you well.
Alan
MartinParticipantThese are very good Sinead you should do well with them. Wouldn’t change the order or anything look great well done
M
jessthespringerParticipantCheers Alan, don’t think Natural Form is really my cup of tea either…
I thought it would be easy, but I found it difficult.. very difficult in fact!!I did learn a bit though… Which was nice!
Cheers again,
Sinead.jessthespringerParticipantnfl-fanParticipantThe presentation is excellent.. as a set these are excellent..
I think that strength in numbers and presentation have prevailed here most certainly. That’s not to take away from the individual images… but defo stronger in this format.
Very nice work.
jessthespringerParticipantThanks nfl… Strength in numbers indeed, I get what your saying totally.
Sinead.
RobMemberThis looks terrific Sinead, and very well thought out too.
The consistency in style really helps to sell the set, although
the individual images each have their own strengths. I’m
particularly drawn to the fourth image; brings to mind a troupe
of dancers, skirts swirling in the blackness…Really well done in finishing the assignment. Hope it’s a big
success for you…Rob.
MartinOCParticipantExcellent set, composition and individual shots are great.
Rob’s comment on #4 reminded me of a photograph on flickr that uses a similar style, albeit more static, for dancers

I like his photos, as I do like abstract. You must be top of your class, well done.
Martin
jessthespringerParticipantThanks again everyone for comments.
Rob- Very kind words indeed, some of them I twiddled back and forth
and others were swirled, I think no.4 was a sideways sway.. These
flowers were the perfect size and shape, I only managed to get 1 sprig
of them before they vanished off the face of the earth… I haven’t seen
them since.
Assignments have to be finished by the hand in dates to get a grade, otherwise
it’s a referral!!MartinOC- thanks for that link, some very cool stuff there, I like abstract too.
Top of my class…. Not even close!! There are some very talented
people in my class the standard is always so high, it’s good though, makes
us all work that bit harder!I did have help with the presentation from Karen (some of you will remember
her feet from my last assignment). Karen’s flickr http://www.flickr.com/photos/13492834N02/Cheers again,
Sinead.DenverDollParticipantBeautiful panel Sinead!
They do all seem to compliment each other in this format.
I liked them indiviually as well and can imagine them in series of three too!
Anyway, I am sure you have a winner here and all your hard work and lack of socializing will pay in the end
:D
Sharon
mgstParticipantSinead looks like you have put a lot of effort and work into these and it paid off very nice indeed.
Mick
PitmaticMemberThats really nice and the presentation with the blues in a diamond is brill :D
MarkKeymasterjessthespringerParticipantPitmatic, mgst and Mark.. Thanks guys for the comments, greatly appreciated :D
Sharon, thanks for the comments, and yes, I plan to dust off my social life, big style!
It just so happens there is a Blues Festival this w’end in Warrenpoint.. By far the coolest
thing to happen in town!! Starts tomorrow… I’m very excited!
Oh and I ordered the Holga… and a Fisheye lens, excited about that too :!: :!:Sinead.
