This shot was taken near Curraghmore estate, Portlaw, Co. Waterford. The turbine aren’t fenced at all so can get decet shots up close.
Unfortunately I wasn’t there long when the heaves opened and I found myself sprinting back down the hill.
All C&C appreciated as my processing is never the best :)

Perhaps I have this in the wrong section? I kow skyscapes can be posted here.
    Would this be “Other”?

I think it’s fine in here Evan.

I’m not sure about the picture if I was being totally honest… the turbine isn’t particulary attractive, the composition whilst trying to be different just doesn’t grab me and the processing appears to me like an effort to force the image to somehow work.

I’m just not feeling this one at all.

    Thanks for the feedback nfl.

I liked this myself composition wise but wasn’t sure about the post processing either. Perhaps it’s all to dark and trying to be moody, must try again.

As John Said the composition is different but does’nt really work,

A simple adjustment would have made it more interesting though . . .

a slower shutter speed to introduce some mevement would have
    created some more interest.

THe processing [HDR] is for my taste too much, there is a Halo
around the turbine whice is very obvious and thus points to heavy
processing, I would’nt mind the sky being dark but you would have
to tweak that the rid the Halo.

You did well to get this nicely lined up and all but it just needs something
    else, and something less . . .

    Alan
