When I go back to Dublin I cannot believe the price of the drink. When I get back here it’s like buy one, get one free.
Lovely composition and detail…well thought out.
A nailbrush for the Barman would not go amiss.

I’d be tempted to rotate the pints plumb,
and crop at the bottom instead.Lovely control of the lighting,
still can’t really figure out how you didn’t get specular highlights offa the flash-and no Exif-

Thanks for the comments guys. Am pretty pleased with this one myself. I’d been watching for something like this while I was sitting patiently sipping my own pint. Tried a couple similar earlier that were all spoiled by someone moving across my line of sight or the barman moving too quickly. There is not much cropping on it…little bit off the bottom and straightened ..unfortunately the fingers are missing in the original too…was trying to fill as much of the frame as possible. You’re right JB..I cropped and left just a little bit of the edge of the bar..considered taking the crop up a small bit..but was happy with it like that. Do you think it would be improved by losing the edge? Edit away if ya like and show me what ya mean..I’m here to learn after all. Exif details posted below…is it better to post these usually?
