The Rabbit at Mount Stewart

Was not sure where to post this image for crtique (it doesn’t fit with landscape or urban) to here it is. I’d really like some C&C on this one please. Is it sellable, if so what category might it fit in?

It would be better to see in little bit larger size.
I like the angle, composition and texture of the photo. One thing what is distructing me, is the black line on the rabit’s face…

For me I’m not sure on the composition, in some ways its great but there is one thing… The rabbit is a bit in the shade (which may not be a big issue) but the eye is pulled away to the interesting background, the building.

The perpective is very interesting, the fact that the roof of the building is almost straight anchors the photo even though there are crazy (in a good way) angles elsewhere.

Beautiful conversion. I’m in two minds about the contrast, usually high contrast gives a statue/stonework a bit of umph but the background here seems to be about right, perhaps better not to mess with it.

How I think it might be improved would be to have the rabbit stronger in the photo (vs the background), by a slight change in composition, perhaps a light reflector.

The section posted is fine by me, and as to whether it would sell … I can’t say, I have no feel for the photo market.

    Thats all just my opinion..
