The rain in Spain.

5faytheParticipant
It rains in Spain. :?
And every shop immediatly had the brollies for sale.
The sightseeing went on for some.John.
RobMemberNice pictures John, though I think I’d like to see a little more
room at the bottom of the second…5faytheParticipantHi Rob,
I realised that too when I looked at the shot on screen.
And maybe even a little more on the top.And I thought I had caught it ok when I looked at the
little screen on my 20D.
Unfortunately the moment and thankfully the rain had
gone by then.I still liked it because of the look of the lady with the brolly and
the muted colours. Many thanks for your kind comments.
John.
DeeboParticipantGood to see the rain never stopped you John. Second shot works great.
First one would work better in mono to help emphaise the horrible weather. Hope you had a good trip.
Went to Spain last year and it rained 4 days out of 7 :-))
deewirepicParticipantI like the second shot. Don’t ask me why, I’ve no idea, it just appeals to me.
b318ispParticipantI like both shots John, well composed. I’d just recommend a saturation boost.
5faytheParticipantHi Dee, Fergus and Brendan.
Apologies to Dee and Brendan for my tardiness in replying.
For some reason I didn’t notice your replies until Brendan’s post today.Dee it was very interesting watching peoples reaction to the bad weather and
trying to make photographs without destroying my equipment.
I’ll try your suggestion as soon as I can.Fergus I often just like the look of a photo too without knowing why.
It’s when I don’t like one of my pics and don’t know why that annoys me. :?Brendan I’ll have a look at your suggestion as soon as I can.
I really appreciate you all taking the time to look and to comment.
John.
Arun GaurParticipantJohn
I liked the wet feeling. Also the compositions in both the shots. Which place is this in Spain?
