There really IS a Man on the Moon!!

My first post here (though I have been lurking for a while).

I used to take a lot of Astro shots (planets, moon and deepsky) but work commitments have meant that I haven’t been able to get out for a couple of years now.

So, it was clear enough on Thursday night and I decided to try a few hand-held shots with my DSLR.

Imagine my surprise (and delight) when I cropped and sharpened up this shot I took through the leaves of one of our trees:

Talk about a luck shot! :) (The only addition to the shot is my url, the rest is ‘right place, right time’)

Love this site, keep on posting your images (I learn from each one).
