Another one from my recent trip to Germany (via Wales, England & Denmark).
As I said before – it was pissing rain all day…

    C&C welcome

Simply brilliant. I still can’t believe the clarity you’re getting in your photographs compared to most. Great conversion too.

Lovely work Hauke. Great viewpoint, and nice conversion too as
Alan mentioned. Did you have to do much correction with this one to
    get those verticals so nice?

I thought at first I needed to. I got quite confused trying to find the true vertical and horizon.
But after checking it and trying out a few things it turned out that it was best the way it came out of the old Sigma

Looked at this earlier and wanted to comment before “work” got in the way. Fantastic photo Hauke. Love the composition, the patterns, the placement of people and the conversion. I have a major problem with it though … it’s not mine :)

Thinking about this, I now think I didn’t get the other Cambridge shot quite straight… doh

    Nice shot, Hauke.
Big strong verticals. Perfect in b/w.
    Well done.

Now this is what i really like great tones texture and composition and even if it was pissing rain
you have made an excellent job of it. The position of the people and the pathway leading you through
the image are spot on. You do get around.

You’ll be happy to hear that I’ve looked as closely at this one as I can and I can’t find one thing wrong with it :D – Excellent pic Hauke – esp love the sharpness of the brickwork and the drain pipes.

Excellent shot. I think I would have preferred it without the people.

I tried to have the street cordoned off, but the Cambridge police proved to be uncooperative

I guess I could clone them out…

    This is wonderful!

This little scene in Cambridge really is a picture waiting to be taken and you did it justice Hauke!

I think it’s close to perfect and I love it
