Tripod / Monopod head

Anyone got a cheap tripod / monopod head? Must hold the weight of a bigma :wink:

I have one that came off my slik tripod, I changed it for a manfrotto one so it had the same quick release

you can have it if you want it. its a 2 way pan & tilt.

I am not back in ireland for another 10 or 12 days, but when i am back your more than welcome to it
