markst33ParticipantYeah a great selection of shots. A you were right to post them all. If photos are good then people will enjoy seeing all of them.
RodredMembersavage,
they must have been some fairly large hoops you had to
jump through. i no id do anything to shoot them.
fairplay to you, through gritted teeth lolwirepicParticipantLaineyParticipantFantastic shots- loved the Edge/bridge one and the rainbow flair. If Sheffield was anything like Dublin – you were a lucky duck getting up close and personal with the band!
PeterNeillMemberThanks so much guys :) Its appreciated. As for the hoops, yes it took a lot of phone calls and pleas but in the end it was totally worth it!!
PeterNeillMemberif anyone wants a laugh, look below, got one of my shots printed HUGE……..
Going to do more this size and mount them, if anyone is interested pop me a PM
:)
markst33ParticipantBrilliant. A great shot that looks great printed this size. Just as a matter of interest what are the dimensions of this and is it canvas or paper and how much did this cost to get printed.
CooksterParticipantHi Peter,
2 many shots to comment on. They do look good, a few blown out bits here and there.
Well done
Sean
Alan RossiterParticipantYep – Lucky Fecker.
I wouldn’t normally venture into Gigs bit these are outstanding. Put them with your next pass application and they’ll be calling you from now on rather than you calling them.
Brilliant.
Alan.
PeterNeillMemberThanks! :)
markst33, it was printed on luster paper, 44 inches tall and about 3.5 meters wide, took 2 hours to print on an epson 9900 , well worth it though!!
Cheers
Peter
phillipMemberwow wow great shoots, can you tell what lens and camera you used and settings, great stuff man
phillip
PeterNeillMemberhey phillip :)
thanks for the comments.
Equipment wise I used a 5DMK2 with a 70-200L 2.8 IS USM lens.
I was shooting on manual with the aperture at 2.8 and the shutter never slower than 1/160 if I could help it. My ISO ranged from 300 right up to 1600 in the shots, well within whats acceptable on the 5dmk2, God I love that camera hahahaa
