Met up with LWheeler and ossie13 on Saturday. Was a nice day out. Didn’t really get any great shots. Thought id better post one. Probably the best shot from the B+W role of film i took. Almost looks IR with the whites from the strong sunlight i think

    Wow ! Damn – how come I didn’t see this scene ! :-(

Nice capture. Getting the detail in the light and shadow areas isn’t easy (I had some fun trying with some of my pictures) – great effort !

The balance in this one Martin is perfect. Really well composed and well, it fits! The detail in the tree trunk and the pathway is something that I’m sure you know is difficult to hold but it came off very well.

Never mind them seascape thingys…they’re a fad.

Martin, the Master of IR Photography turns water into fire, b/w film into IR. It does really look like IR.

I keep feeling that the tree trunk on the left is too dominant or something else is not right… maybe the tree is too light. Maybe the empty foreground left from the road… It can be that I am very tired..

Do you have any more of these?

    Thanks for the feedback guys

randomway: Have a few more pics but not that happy with them. This was the best from the role. Took a role of IR film also which i have not developed yet, hopefully this comes out better

irishwonkafan: I only do the seascapes every now and again. Would like to do more of them but living on the east coast it can be hard as you know

    Thanks all
