Using Natural Light Outdoors

    I’ve been studying hard for manual mode use on my Canon 400D. This is my second serious attempt to get a decent shot off auto (with my daughter volunteering once again to model!) I only wish her hand wasn’t so high in the second shot.

    Advice & critique welcome :)

    Thanks monochrome. I’ve been told that the eyes are always the place a person will look at first when they view a photo :)

    It depends, when the viewer is a man, it doesn´t have to be always true :D

    Nice shots there. I’m not mad about the first one, but the second shot is lovely. The hand is a bit distracting alright but the eyes are great. They are really captivating.
