Gary McParlandParticipant March 18, 2010 at 3:29 pm Another positive vote for the sky for me, i love dramatic skys. Very nice image. Gary DJ-PicturesParticipant March 18, 2010 at 4:26 pm Cant see nothing wrong here, good sharp, colours perfect, nice compo. Dirk miki gParticipant March 18, 2010 at 7:53 pm A lovely tranquil scene, but there does seem to be a slight halo of light where the sky meets the hills. sirvadMember March 19, 2010 at 11:36 pm Cheers all. Thanks for the time taken to leave advice and comments, really appreciate it . 5faytheParticipant March 20, 2010 at 9:34 am Hi Sirvad, I like your photograph. You have achived a good exposure on what looks like quite a dark day. It looks like a lovely location. Not a fan of frames on images posted here as I find them distracting but thats just a personal opinion. I do feel that the front of the boat is a little too close to the edge of the frame and I too see a little halo where the sky meets the land. All in all though its a lovely image. Cheers. John. sirvadMember March 24, 2010 at 10:01 pm thanks John for your comments justaguyParticipant March 25, 2010 at 10:16 am Yes I like this as well. I think the sky is fine. Ok a bit overprocessed, but sometimes that can be nice. I do agree with someone that b&w could be nice here. Try it. But overall Great sirvadMember March 28, 2010 at 8:04 pm cheers, will give the b/w version a shot Viewing 12 posts - 1 through 12 (of 12 total) You must be logged in to reply to this topic.
