After nearly crippling myself climbing the teeny staircase to the
top of the cupola of St Peters Basilica, I must admit that the views
were breathtaking………not that I had any breath left :lol:

PS the pope still had his Christmas tree up :shock:

I was too late for it! I know it is a typical tourist
photo but the pain and suffering I endured to get
to the top merits a posting :)
